in Kumaon Region particularly with regard to leisure tourism,
housing projects and creation of urbanized pockets of growth
at various locations in Kumaon

ethical development of Kumaon Region
The company has undertaken a Number of projects since inception (1996) and has considerable experties in the Development of habitats :

The Company has already developed large residential projects named " The Mountain Melodies " at Mukteshwar, "The Divine Village " in District Almora, "The Oak Park " District Nainital and four previous Phases of Cloud 9 Hill Town
besides several other small residential and commmercial projets in and around
Delhi.
